Thanks! I saw it about 5 times and it looked long flat and forked.
She did a potty shot too and couldn't see anything, not that that is too reliable at 12w, but at 11w we had a moment where the ob thought he saw a penis in the potty shot so it calmed me down a bit to see nothing this time.
She wouldn't commit to saying girl or boy but from what I know of nub theory I got a strong girl feel. Dh swore baby looked more 'petite' than our boys, and I gave him a lesson in nubs last night, he's adamant it's a girl.
For me, uncertainty wont be over until the 20w scan though.

iIm not too good at this but for 12 weeks, it certainly looks girly. Is it the bit at the top or the bit underneath? Or is it all of it with a fork? Grrr, need more practise at this! Gonna go with the others though, for 12 weeks it looks girly! I really hope this is it for you Meeks :heart:

It does look very girly. I'm going to be the boring cautionary one pointing out that 12 weeks is still quite early and there's a small chance it may rise. Still, my current baby's nub was already 1000% boy at the same gestation.

Ok I trimmed it to approx 1 min, but its not always loading the trimmed one on YouTube.
If it loads the 1 min video, there is a moment about 8 seconds in where it looks super forked. If it loads the 8 min video scroll to 7:02 onwards for nub shots. That moment is approx 8 seconds after that.
So I think the fork is a fork, not a bump. But there are other moments where I don't know.

Ah, it's so hard to say from the video (I'm not an expert nub watcher for ultrasounds lol!) I see what you mean about the odd bump on the end and then other times more forked. I can't tell if I can see a slight angle either on it either which I guess it could rise since it's only 12 weeks. I think considering all the girl guesses though you've got a pretty good shot!! Did the place give you a guess - if I remember correctly you said they were having great success at guessing gender from the 12 week ultrasound. So excited for you!!!
Hey did you see the 1 min or 8 min one? YouTube is being annoying and keeps showing me 8 mins!
The 1 min video showed up for me! Like I said though I've only ever seen nub shots.. I've never watched a nub on a video so it's so hard to tell if the spine is angled or straight when your looking because they move around so much!!
She wouldn't guess! I think I got the old fuddy duddy one who wasn't that into nub theory, although she did say she painted her grandchild's room at 13 weeks so she knew well enough. I asked for a nub shot and that moment right at the end of the video (last 5-10 seconds) is where she was lining up the one to print, so I assume this is the most accurate moment.
I just watched it again, definitely more forked moments than bump, so I'd say you've got a pretty good shot at a girl!!
I have now managed to convince myself its a boy and everyone is wrong. Because I saw a baby on tv with the girl name I like and can't imagine being lucky enough to use it for myself. Depressed now. Omg wish I had that blood test for gender!
