I can't contribute yet, but your post title is hilarious :) I am planning on using RePHresh for our first ttc cycle this month, so I will update again in about 4 weeks - hopefully with a success story :)
I got pregnant using rephresh CD1,5,8 and CD12-14 hours before our 1 attempt at +OPk on CD13. That was our 1st month trying while swaying for a girl. I am 17 weeks and we find out gender in 2 weeks. Hope that helps!

I used Rephresh this cycle, 24 hrs before attempt and had BFN. So I am not planning to do it next cycle.
This is our first month ttc and I used rephreash on Friday morn and dtd on Sunday morn so nearly 48 hrs!! Will let you know in two weeks if we were successful
In the RepHresh thread there are several people who talk about how they used it and their experiences with it

I used repHresh 8 hrs before attempt. We dtd about 12 hrs after my first positive ovulation test. (it could have been longer I forgot to test the night before.) It worked! I am pregnant with a girl! (and doing other things for my sway)
used rephresh half tube right before attempt
also used earlier in cycle
bfp 1st month no ewcm- had a boy
