Congrats on your beautiful baby! I am not an u/s tech and may have missed something but there is a quick potty shot @ 8:51 in the video that looks like a girl. Did you not ask to know the sex? If so and you want to know now I'm sure the tech looked and it got jotted down. You could call them. :)

My guess is boy!!! You get a quick glimpse between 1:31 and 1:32 it's really fast but looks clear to me. But I'm no tech

Those definitely look like boy bits! Here is the screen shot I got @8:51. So maybe the 3 lines I'm seeing is the umbilical cord? This shot I got while watching on my phone and was able to get it to stop frame by frame easier than when watching it on my computer. Attachment 13096

Yeah, I definitely agree! Sorry the pic is fuzzy it's a screen shot from my phone. It was a lot less pixelated on my phone.

I really don't think you are having a girl. I would say all boy! I saw no evidence of a girl.

^^Im with her. I saw some bits that were pretty obvious (Thorz posted a great capture of one). I doubt it's a girl.

we were hoping for a baby boy, as this is our first baby... all things are new to us!! Feeling excited every moment... Due date is october 18th 2013.... waiting for it!!!

I am actually clueless how to read this scan... is there any link to learn...
How to analyze boy bits, potty shot etc these terms are new to me... so if i learn i could also post replies for others and help them like you all

You can learn a lot through googling sono pics (potty shots in particular) to see what you are looking for. After you see similar images over and over, it becomes easy to see what you are looking for. Being on here, reading this forum for months, you start to see things you missed before. When I came on back in August, I had no clue what I was seeing. I couldn't even find my own nub shot in October. But now, come every few days, looking at verified nubs, seeing what others see, analyzing potty shots, I feel comfortable guessing if I see something that strikes me. I don't claim to be awesome at it (some ladies have been doing it for 3-4 years!), but it's fun and exciting to try and figure out the gender for folks. Some are pretty clear, others are tricky. I will say if I don't know or can't tell. Just hang around and you'll catch on :)

Great to know you, thank you for your detailed help.. I would google and read on it... You said that you doubt its a girl for us, that means you are guessing girl.. Or you are telling its a boy..

When you say: I doubt it's a girl, you mean: I don't think it's a girl. So she also thinks your baby is a boy. I saw a boy as well, obviously something sticking out there ;)

Today, entering 9th month of this wonderful phase of pregnancy! Oct 18th is my due date.... Any last month guesses!! Do keep this thread growing with your gender guesses and your valuable tips and inputs on facing delivery as this is our first baby... Its the best site I ever visited with such nice humans around helping each other unconditionally.. Hats Off to motherhood which makes us bond together unconditionally............. Still excited to know the gender accurately..

Dear Friends,

Got blessed with a baby boy on 10.10.2013 @ 9.11 am. Normal Delivery using mild suction.

Contractions started on 9.10.2013 @ 9.30am, reached hospital @ 12.30 pm… after nearly 24 hours of non stop pain and severe contractions. Delivered my jewel on 10.10.2013 @ 9.11 a.m

Soon after birth he was transferred to incubator for MAS (Meconium Aspiration Syndrome) he was feeling difficult to breath. We were shocked and heart broken seeing his condition, he was in incubator and oxygen pipes till 12.30pm, then he got complications later he was shifted through ambulance to a bigger hospital which was 5 kilometres away from the delievered place and was in incubator and they treated him till this morning. Antibiotics, Cardio Physiotheraphy etc etc. This morning 11 am he returned to normal ward from incubator room.

Now he is free and started smiling too. Tomorrow getting discharged and we will take home our treasure!!! He is very active and so lovable. I cant express my happiness when I see him smile!!! Feeling Gifted with my treasure
