ultrasound technician guess boy at 12 weeks?

Due to the angle of the dangle my ultrasound technician said she believes a boy and I'm only 12 weeks. Now obviously I'm not going to get too excited or buy anything until the official 20 weeks but what do ya'll think of this nub?
