How low have they been and for how long? They should rise slightly after O...
Oh I know about the rise after ovulation, but my temps prior to ovulation have been in the low 96's. Usually my temps run higher then that. I was hoping it meant something good.
Kaseybaby, ideally you want your pre ov temps to be higher to sway pink. When your pre ov temps increase its a sigh that your progesterone is increasing and your estrogen decreasing which is how you want your hormones to be when swaying for a girl. Do you drink peppermint tea? Cause temp decrease can be a sign that the peppermint is not good for your sway. Have you started the diet yet?Quote:

If you took your temp at a different time of day, then it's just a fluke.
I adjusted the temperature so it was like taking it at 5:30 am.
I took it at 8:30 it was 9.7 which adjusts to 97.10.
I am very well versed in BBT as i have been using NFP for over 6 years. I just never had to take the temp so early and totally forgot that the earlier you take your temp the lower it is. But it is good to know that the higher the temps the better. :)
Wow you are an expert then! Please feel free to chime in on the temping threads because I don't have anywhere near as much experience with NPF as you do!!!
