conceive a girl with boy frequency (dtd every other day)but had similar or did LE diet? I'm asking because I'm so afraid to miss O day again. I have been on LE diet 13 weeks plus 60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week. We were abstaining but Dtd cd 12(after a 7 day abstain), I have only been taking folic acid, use Aspartame , Peppermint tea, skip breakfast and Rephresh for our sway. I kind of want to switch frequency, but scared to sway blue.
Well done on getting this far! I haven't conceived on this diet yet, but I would make that decision based on how desperate you are to get pg. With that many elements in your sway, and missing o last month, this is essentially your first attempt. Frequency increases your chances of conceiving, but one attempt has better odds for girls.
They are a lot of sways that got girls with more than one attempt. Good luck deciding and I hope this is your month!
Thanks we did attempt twice last month just, but of course with my irregular cycle I was never able to pinpoint O day. I never got a positive OPK either :(
YES! I got my dd having regular unprotected intercourse every 2-4 days (my husband wouldn't sway, I was lucky when I could actually get him to TTC because he really didn't want a 5th!). When it came down to the month I actually conceived, it ended up being 5 days between rounds that week, as my son had been in the hospital earlier that month. So I had one attempt that was 5 days before (not in my fertile window at that point), then one attempt the night before O day (would be day of pos OPK for those who are using OPK)
I am SO OVER frequency. I think it barely does anything, it's the one attempt that is doing the heavy lifting for swaying, and you can get pg with one attempt more easily if you are having hubby do reg release.
my advice in that scenario is to have unprotected intercourse every 4 days and then also be taking pos OPK at the same time. If you get a pos, if you just had an attempt within the past 2 days, stick with that *unless you are in more of a hurry to get pg, in which case have another attempt anyway* If you are closer to the 4 day mark, have another attempt. If you are inbetween and can't decide, flip a coin.Quote:

I want to preface my answer by saying that I was doing an uneducated sway...that is in hindsight I was swaying :)
I was on a massive diet, DH and I were going to Thailand and Australia for 6 weeks and I needed to lose weight. Cardio queen for 3 months. And didn't eat much at all while we were on vacay. But definitely DTD at least every other day...

Keeping in mind that I cannot say what is "ok", that is the frequency that got me my DD and I think the numbers are showing pretty clearly that the one attempt is swaying much, much more reliably than the frequency stuff is.Quote:

I got my DD when DTD every 2 days leading up to O until the day of or the day after. Having said said, there were of course other factors like I had just had a m/c which sways pink and I was on metformin.
I did the same thing this time but dont know what I'm having yet
