Any ideas what we should do?

DH and I have decided if I'm not pg this month, we will lighten the sway next month. We both want a little girl, but more importantly, we want a sibling close in age to DS3. I'm just not sure what the best approach is, so any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Here is our sway:

ME -

Folic Acid
Baby Asprin - 3x/week
Vitex - 500mg 2x/day - AF-O
Saw Pametto - 320mg 1x/day - AF-O
RePHresh 3 days before O
One attempt at +OPK
No J & D

DH -

Cranberry - 4200mg 1x/day
Calcium - 1200mg 1x/day
Magnisum - 250mg 1x/day
LR - 450mg - 3x/day - 14 days starting at AF
Abstain 7-10 days before attempt
Hot bath before attempt

70 views and no advice? :sad: I thought I saw a post describing what each supplement does? Does anyone know where I can find that post so I can try and research it myself and figure out what to cut out? Thanks!

Posting over the weekend is just a slower time and atomic is home with family. Hopefully she will see this today and help you out.

Atomic is going to be better to answer this, but if I were you, I would drop rephresh.

After that it depends how much you want to get pregnant! Getting Dh to drop LR and release every 2-4 days will up your chances. I would do this, and keep one attempt for a month. If this didn't work, I would add in more attempts.

I would drop the Rephresh...and supplements are not as important as diet! Also, not to get personal ;), but how old is DH. Abstain isn't a great idea if DH is over 35...

I thought I read somewhere eon here that Vitex *could* make it more difficult to get pregnant. I'd definitely wait for atomic to weight in - because I'm no expert by far! - but stopping that might help?

Are you on LE diet at all? Atomic is the guru to advise the best but if I were you I'd be skipping breakfast and reducing fat and protein from my diet, maybe going veggie at least from the cycle before you want to ttc.
However, everyone's decision is personal, so you must do what you are capable of and what you are comfortable with.

Thank you ladies! I'm doing the LE diet as best I can. I will be the first to admit I'm HORRIBLE with diets :( I'm skipping breakfast, trying not to snack (being a stay at home mom makes it very hard for me since I have zero willpower lol) and I do limit my cals, protein and fat. DH and I talked last night and I think I will drop Vitex and he will drop LR and the hot bath before the attempt. I already use the rePHresh sparingly (1 application 3 days before O) so I'm not sure if that's the problem or not. *sigh* at this point I just want to get pregnant and give DS3 a sibling..
