First off, congratulations on your pregnancy! It's lovely to see your 12 week scan, you must be so excited. It's really difficult to see the private parts on these images but if I had to guess maybe 'boy'? (Just from last pic) But, this is just a guess. I have two gorgeous wee boys so I am quite biased!!

Going off the third pic, I'd vote girl. The top pic appears to have a shadowy nub which is slightly boyish. I'm about 60-40 girl.
