Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I normally eat a very boy-friendly diet with lots of grazing between meals so LE diet was a big change for me. I didn't do well totally skipping breakfast, so I just waited as long at I could before eating. I usually am up by 5 AM and waited until about 9 or 10 for breakfast (tried to stick with pure carbs for breakfast). I was totally vegetarian with a few eggs/week, especially closer to ovulation as I needed some extra fat/calories to ovulate... I was loosing too much weight.
Most day I had a glass or two of wine for extra empty calories. I ate a lot of low nutrient foods, like 100calorie bagels, special K pastry crisps, white rice with low sodium soy sauce, peeled apples, green grapes, laughing cow cheese, iceberg lettuce, pasta with margarine and parm cheese, and empty calorie sweets. We have pizza every Friday night, so I would just stick to one big slice of cheese pizza and an iceberg lettuce salad.

Comments regarding DH's diet- He didn't change his diet other than adding in about 12 oz of soymilk and peppermint tea in the 4-5 weeks leading up to attempt.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? BMI 18.3, 5'2" and 100 pounds at attempt. Prior to starting LE diet I was about 107 pounds with BMI 19.6
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? No exercise, other than chasing around my 3 little boys

Any additional comments? We were going for abstain with 1 attempt at +OPK but I had really late O, so we had an attempt 6 days before O (b/c DH couldn't wait any longer) and then our one real attempt 4 days later which ended up being 2 days before O

Any relevant attempt details? I was using RePhresh every 3 days, but with late O this month I was running out, so last application was 24 hours before attempt and then I used a fingertip after attempt.
DH took a hot bath prior to attempt.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: weight loss and lack of sleep leading up to O which I think caused my late ovulation, overall declining maternal condition
Things that make me nervous about my sway: my Martha-like tendencies and not being able to do our attempt with the abstain as planned, not doing Licorice Root
Things worth mentioning: praying for a healthy sticky pink bean, but I feel an incredible sense of peace with whatever God's plan is for our lives; I trust that He will give us the child we are meant to have boy or girl. My initial bloodwork results look good, so praying this little one hangs on!
