I'm getting the dark spotting that comes a few days before my period is supposed to start, I had another BFN this morning. It's looking likely that I am NOT pregnant and I completely messed up my sway for next month by eating wonky and not exercising all week. I am so upset.
Last month we did one attempt night of first positive OPK, I was on centrizine and benadryl, baby aspirin, exercising an hour every day, LE diet, Rephresh every three days after period. Husband was wearing whitey tighties, Licorice root and FR. I'm wondering what we should drop to get a BFP next month. Maybe do more than one attempt?
