Hi! I am new here and totally unsure how this works. I just purchased my personalized plan and don't know what to do now. Could someone let me know how this works?

It takes me 7-10 days to get the plans back to you and this is the 7th day so within the next three days. :) Thanks for patience.

Does it get emailed or am I supposed to download the questionnaire from somewhere?

It's late here and I'm mentally exhausted - please excuse my simple question.

You need to go in and fill out the questionnaires. You'll have access to them now if you've paid. 😊
