A small glass or two of white wine with dinner is good for empty calories. Or maybe something sweet like some sweet simple carbs (marshmallows, Skittles, etc.)
Alcohol seems to sway pink and is great for "empty" calories. If you don't drink, add sugary soda, coconut water (if you want to be on the healthier side), gummy bears, etc.

I am having the same issue...I drink wine so does it matter white or red (I prefer sweet red wine)
Crap. I prefer red wine. I really dont like white.
Beer works too. I drank a ton of it for my sway.
Non-chocolate candies are great for empty calories, soda, or really anything sweet. How is your fat? If you're a bit low on that, you can add some butter to something else you're eating, or mayo to a sandwich, or cream to your coffee.
I also was having this problem. I am going on 3 weeks now of LE and it has gotten a little easier though. Once you find a couple of go to meals it seems to help.
Seems like it is a pretty common issue. Maybe it is because we hear the word diet and think we need to cut way back.
O and a big thing that helped me was cutting out a lot of the cheese I was eating. It seemed like once I cut back on that it was a lot easier!
I bought french fries that only have 3g of fat for 16, 120 cals. I was going to suggest gummy bears, sour worms, and ALCOHOL! I drink crown royal with coke zero (took some getting used to though). I have the same issue, but lately it's migrated over to getting enough protien without going over on fat. Ugh!

I was doing 1500 cals, 35g of fat, 40g protien (I think). I'm currently doing 1200 cals, 33g of fat, 45g of protien. My weight loss has sucked big time. I think it's 25-35% fat (no less than 25g).
I'm not sure if it's completely right, but I'm not stressing over it. It's close enought :)

Vodka sodas! Vodka is supposed to be the least nutritious alcohol, mixed with sugary soda will up your cals without protein and fat, and lower fertility at the same time!
When you say vodka sodas do you mean vodka with something like coke, lemonade or fizzy tonic water?

Yep! Shot of vodka with diet or full sugar coke or Pepsi, or sprite with a splash of grenadine (called a dirty Shirley) or a tonic water and squeeze of lemon juice.
