My new girl sway

My husband just got a great job offer so we are moving to Phoenix AZ this summer. One thing we talked about was adding 1 more child to the family. After he found out that DS3 twin was a girl he has been really depressed and wants "her" back, as he puts it. Of course we want a girl but we are still open to another boy. I am going to change things up this time....


SWAY PLAN
Since my last sway I have been having a hard time eating normal. I am trying to stay healthy but also be as low as possible. I know Zyr and Ben. are not req with Clomid but I noticed that I tend to be very wet when I O even before DS3 while taking Zyr and Ben I was still on the wet side. Also it is allergy season for us. Only taking Cranberry this cycle because I have some left over and it is going to expire so I thought I would try it for the month.
DH was just diagnosed with very lowT but I am not sure how long it has been going on or if it will help. He will take Zyr and Ben only. He is not going to follow the same diet but he it limited on certain foods like fried, red meat, and junk.

PILLS – Zyrtec, Asprin, and Folic
4cp coffee, 4 packs of splenda, and non dairy creamer (100 calories)

10ish
2-3cps of rice puff cereal and 1cp of whole milk (250ish cals)

3cps worth of spring mix salad 2 tbsp poppy seed dressing (250ish cals but unsure of salad mix)
14oz crystal lite with fiber powder

fresh fruit as much as I feel like but no more then 2 servings

Calcium and magnesium are controversial here, many moms aren't doing them as nutrients tend to sway blue.

If you can do cardio for 60 min 6-7 days a week that's getting AMAZING results.

Another thing that's getting great results is doing just one attempt. You can do this by either DTD once at +OPK or just bd every 4 days.

Baby aspirin is much better than cranberry, its cheaper, isn't full of nutrients that sway blue, and may help with implantation.

Wow I have missed a lot then.... darn I was hoping to use the last of my cranberry pills.

I would not have you doing both cran and aspirin. Not safe.

Have you gone thru and talled up all your nutrients for the day? I can't comment till I know what your overall totals are.

I would not have you using Zyrtec and Benadryl if on Clomid.

Are you taking your supps? I rem. you are supposed to take them for your nutrient deficiency. If you need them, please take them.

I have been able to go 3wks without my extra nutr. I just have to get back on for 3-4wks before go off again. That is another reason why I am DTD every other month. I normal have problems if I am off for more then 2mths.

I go off the nutr with the start of AF... then start the other supps. I have been also testing my ph for a year now when I am on my normal nutr my ph is always over 7.2. If I added cran, ben, zyr it dropped to 6.1ish. If I only did cran, zyr, and ben then my ph was 4.6. As of last night after taking clomid for 2 days my ph is 4.5. I wanted to try it this way for the first 2 tries.

We may end up dtd everyday until 1 day before O as long as my ph stays like this. I have set a time frame of trying this sway every other month started june until nov of 2015.

So DH is leaving town 6/23 for his new job.... that is the last 5days of my cycle so we are good for this month.

Since we are moving he wants us to eat all the meat from the deep freezer.... mostly pork like ribs, roast, and chops. I would like to join him the next few weeks of BBQ ribs but how would that affect the sway. There is a lot of meat and even with the 2 get togethers we have planned there may still be some left over.

If I only ate meat in the evening (I can not garantee to stick to a low amount because I love ribs)... I am still going to eat light during the day and lots of diet drinks. With Clomid, Asprin, Zry and Ben. Will it still be a good sway??? I would like to do a 2 day cut-off but DTD daily til then. Should I add anything like douche or gel??? I already stopped cranberry pill because I started to spot.

Purple - if it were me, I'd probably have one cheat day where I eat all the ribs I want without counting and then if you want meat again in the same week stick to the LE totals for the day (that might only allow you 4 ribs or so depending on your lunch?). Personally I would try to stick to just one cheat day per week if possible. That is not official advice in any way, just sharing what I would do in your shoes.

I really think the one attempt has gotten outstanding results and pH has been 50-50, so I would have you stick with the one attempt.

your pH at this part of your cycle would be 4.5 because you are not making CM when on Clomid.

It is of course up to you, i just urge you to drop the pH stuff before adding attempts for best results and don't go on more than 2 months before starting to leave the ineffective stuff in the dust

really can't say strongly enough how much I do not like to see cutoffs with Clomid. and more than one attempt, regardless of timing and pH, sways BLUE.

if you can stick within totals for the day, meat is allowed. It's just hard to stick to, that's all. you go over on protein fast and have hardly eaten any cals at all, then what do you eat the rest of the day?

I can not find the links for clomid and info on the people who took it....??? Can you point me to the best Clomid info so I can read up.

It looks like we may only get 1 attempt this cycle. DH hasn't been in the mood the last few nights anyways. I am due to O on Monday but DH had to leave this morning to go fill out forms in Phoenix and such, he will be back Saturday night. Would it be best to DTD 2 nights before, the night before O or the night after O.

We are making ribs for dinner but I invited the in-laws over so I will have to eat less so everyone gets a fair share ;)
