Please evulate my sway, 3 weeks till attempt, what should I change if anything?

Alright, well I was good and did not go early for my attempt even though the new moon was tempting me for an O+12! LOL So I am back on track for my attempt on July 28th or so. Here is my pln, please let me know what I should change or add..
My diet:
No Breakfast, well just wal-mart version of CL
Lunch: Calcium pasta, lil bit of un-salt butter and lil bit of parm
Dinner: same as lunch but I add some green beans, sometimes I also have strawberries with equal
I do drink alot of wal-mart CL, I do drink caffiene free diet pepsi and sometimes I like a diet cranberry jiuce mixed with diet 7-up.

Supps me:
magnesium pill
folic acid and baby aspirin
vitex 750mg and saw palmetto 320mg

Supps dh:
Licorce Root: 3 times a day
cranberry: double dose
calcium and mag pill

Plan: Week of O I will do some "shots" of real cranberry juice and equal, we are planning a 14 day abstain with an attempt 3-2 days before O, I will then have hubby frequent release to do an o+12. Make him take hot bath before each attempt. I will use vineager store douche 1 hour before, maybe aci-jel just a tiny bit before and right after. I am also using rephresh.
Do you think I would be safe to do an attempt on the night of 3 days before after abstain then again on am of 2 days before and still be ok or should I just do the one time before and go for the O+12 after? I am really trying to focus on my testostrone levels since I really think that isd my problem. I might do some peppermint tea too in the days prior to O. I thought about exercising since I know I was running a bit before the one time I did have a girl, but with the kids and work I don;t think I could commit to one hour everyday so I am afraid it would end up raising it rather then lower.

What do you ladies think? I really want to know what you think Atomic as well, i really value your opinion. Thanks ladies!

One other idea is just the tow attempts prior....14 days abstain the dtd night of 3 days prior and then in the am of 2 days prior and no o+12. I know my boys were most likely concieved around O day. My last sway which got me my wonderful Noah instead of Emmy (lol) was a freq through O, so should I avoid that all together?

Also taking Zytrec and might add benadryl

I think your diet looks very girl-friendly! I'm a "BD like rabbits through O" kind of girl but I can understand your hesitation to do it around then. I say go w/your gut...if it feels right, do it! Best of luck to you! I hope you get your Emmy this cycle! :cheer:

I think it looks good too. I'm trying to concentrate on testosterone too :D I would go for 3 days before as well as the following morning (and possibly the next night too!) because I want to increase my chances of actually getting pregnant - but you have to do what you think feels right for you. You could also DTD on the evening of O-3, have DH release without BDing the next morning and do it again on the evening of O-2. I might avoid O+12 in your circumstances (and in mine too!) in case you accidentally hit O and because all the checking and planning the timing might raise testosterone.

Thanks Ladies! I think I am going to bd night of O-3 after 14 days abstain, then am and pm of O-2. Here is my dilema though. I want to use store vineager douche and rephresh (maybe lil bit of aci-jel right after). In what order and how should I do that. Example..If I use rephresh am of O-3, then douche 1 hour before bd did I was it away? Or if I douche then do rephresh one hour before am I making it too much for swimmers to gt though? When would you guys advise to use the douche and rehpresh with my current BD plan? Thanks ladies!!!

Have you tested those things out in advance? I'm sure you know this but the way Rephresh is designed to work is to bring vaginal pH back to around 4.5 no matter what you add - I don't know what the pH of the vinegar douche is but in theory the Rephresh would bring you back to 4.5 anyway so I'm not sure what it adds. If you're using a full applicator of Rephresh just 12 hours beforehand then it's already going to be quite 'claggy' up there anyway because Rephresh sticks to the walls of your v so it can keep working (and that gel hanging around should sway for you by lowering sperm count) and is it possible that the douche would just wash it all away so it didn't work properly?

I'm trying to test Rephresh with Acijel to make sure the combination doesn't give me a really high pH and they seem to be ok together but it's probably best to test what they do for you personally in advance so you don't have to go crazy testing pH at your attempt when you want to be keeping your testosterone levels low and not stressing out! I'm planning on using Rephresh in the morning then a little Acijel an hour beforehand and possibly a tiny bit afterwards.

My ph two days ago before anything was 4.07. I added rephresh. We did dtd that night (not trying but in that time before af so in the clear) and then yesterday my ph was 4.37. So higher with the rephresh but I am not around O time at all. I am about to add the acijel tonight to see what that does. Should I maybe fust douche and aci-jel and not use rephresh if my ph is already staying low?

I think you have to do what you feel happiest with :D I'm just thinking that the douche and the aci-jel are meant to be one-time things whereas the Rephresh is meant to hang around and keep working and that a douche is meant to wash away EWCM and whatever else is up there - and that 'whatever else' might include your Rephresh.

If your heart is set on the douche how about you use that with Acijel for your attempts and then you bung some Rephresh in once you're done BDing so you don't have to worry about your pH between your attempts and ovulation?

I don't see why not, though all that stuff may limit your chances of getting pregnant. I'd see what Atomic's thoughts are on this too.

What a good DH to take all his supps like a good boy! (((hugs))) Sway looks great.

I do think it's a bit risky to DTD again the next morning after your abstain/cutoff combo. I think it would be best to do the abstain/cutoff and then the next day, have him release again, dump that one, and DTD a second time with as short a turn around as possible.

You're on the right track with your exercise idea, if you can't go "balls to the wall" as DH would say, it's better to just focus on losing the weight instead.

If you do decide to go this route, I still think it's best to release two times the second day and use only the second batch.

I do think that's prob. overkill. I ~personally~ could live without anyone douching so I would use the RepHresh prior to my attempt(s), then a little bit of Acijel right afterwards IF YOU WANT TO. You can use a fingertip of Acijel every day between attempt and O, again, if you want to. Remember, you are talking about a 14 day abstinence. I'm afraid you're going to kill off whatever manages to survive that long.

If you're going to douche, don't bother with the RepHresh beforehand because you will jsut wash most of it away.

May I ask why in particular you're going to douche? If it's for pH, I would totally go with the RepHresh/acijel combo because either of them are going to last longer than the douche which is a one-shot and gone. Contrary to what people say on another website, the pH of the douche does NOT infiltrate up into your CM and change its pH, nor do you want it to because that's a recipe for a serious infection.

If you're worried about EWCM, that is another story and I would just be sure to take an antihistamine and try to reduce CM that way.

Worrying about the diff. between 4.07 and 4.37 is irrelevant, they both will sway pink (maybe even TOO far to get pg). Do know that a low pH when you are not ovulating, is kinda meaningless and I wouldn't go off of that.

A lot of people have tested the RepHresh/Acijel combo at this point and they've all said their pH stayed low, so I feel good about people using them together now.

I prefer the RepHresh because it keeps working, but if you prefer the douche and Acijel, that's your option!

I do kinda worry about adding too much stuff AFTER the sperm is in the house, with a cutoff. The sperm has to stay alive long enough to catch the egg, and I think it runs the risk of killing everything.

Thanks Atomic.I am going to cut out the douche and just stick with the rephresh and aci-jel!!! I am kinda scared to just have one shot, do you think I should try an O+12 and only do the one shot cut-off?

I don't like O+12. I think it's too hard and stressful for people to do, runs the risk of raising your T levels, and very very few pregnancies even occur from sperm deposited that far after O.

If you do want to do an O+12, you might want to have your husband release 2x a day between your cutoff and the O+12 attempt just to make sure his count is down.
