Quick question as running out to do my weekly shopping!
1. Do you think creamer or milk is more girl friendly in my morning coffee? FYI I have to have quite a bit of milk to make it drinkable!
2. Lentils and beans.... pink friendly or pink foe?

1)I think if you're getting to the level of analyzing which is more pink friendly, you're obsessing too much. Get the one you prefer.

Ha ha ha... yes you are probably right! I am a 'Martha' when I dont know whats going on but when I feel confident with something then I am more relaxed.... this is just one of those things :-)

Just FYI, unless you are drinking raw milk the stuff is terrible for you and I can see why it would sway pink. Creamer is pretty crappy stuff too so I think you are safe either way. I drank half and half in my coffee before I got PG with this little one. Drink what you like so you don't feel so restricted.
I just remembered I had written an essay on this ages ago - now please don't take it too seriously, this was back when we were still thinking that individual foods made some kind of difference when in reality it's the overall nutrient content of your diet as a whole. I have been thinking about this alot on my 60 minute (!) walk today (cardio eh!) and I think I wasnt having any dairy at all with DS 1 and more than likely minimal if any with the other 2 as it makes me gassy. So perhaps doing an opposite and drinking milk may help!
I really don't think it is individual foods that are a magic pink bullet. It is an overall crappy diet that counts and milk is really bad stuff.
I drank tons and tons of dairy when I got my sons and none when I got my daugher. I do not recommend anyone start drinking milk for a pink sway.\Quote:

That is your opinion and you're entitled to it, but I personally think and science indicates that full fat dairy, be it raw, cooked, or whatever, is a fertility friendly food and I would not consider anyone doing tons of dairy to be swaying pink in an effective fashion. there are just SO many nutrients in milk that I think it sways blue overall. obviously people can get girls drinking it, but no magic bulletQuote:

I think it's like a non dairy non fatty powdered milk substitute.... I was thinking it may be an unhealthiest option to milk and therefore better for LE.
No good for me anyway as can't find it anywhere in any of the supermarkets here in France - think will add it to my shopping list for when visitors come from uk next !!

Yes really creamer is quite dreadful stuff and should be great for LE! ;) The fats in it are the type that sway pink in animal studies, whereas the type of fat in dairy is the type that has swayed blue in studies. Cows are and produce what they eat and how they are treated. Most dairy cows in the US are hooked up to machines for years, pumped full of hormones and antibiotics, are fed grain and other products a cow was never meant to eat, and not allowed to move around a lot which causes massive inflammation which causes a higher % of Omega6 fats in the milk. 100% Grass fed cows that are allowed to free range feed will have a higher % of Omega3 in the milk. That milk then goes on to be pasteurized, homogenized, and fortified. JMO but there is a big difference between grass fed, free range, raw milk and the stuff that they call milk in the grocery store. I can't speak for how it is produced in other countries.
