Just saying hello!
I have three boys. The first concieved with IVF (7 years) and my twins (4 years) with IUI. We have male factor infertility. We thought we were done, but I want my baby girl! We have an appointment with our RE in 2 weeks to get the ball rolling. I'm 30, love reading and my work. I'm a Certified Nurse-Midwife. :) can't wait to join in!

Welcome and goodluck on your quest to get your daughter. I only wanted three children but after having a boy then twin boys I just have to have one more as my pining for a girl wont go away. My dream job is a midwife and I plan to start training once my twins are a bit older. Not sure exactly when we will try for our girl due to finances but it will be good to have a break anyway.
What is it like delivering baby girls when you want one for yourself and are not sure you will have one? I often find myself wondering this (hope that's not too personal a question!)

I'd love to be a midwife!! It's a bit hard to study with six kids (and now pg) though. 😞 Maybe one day.

Yes we did IVF for my first and then IUIs for my twins.
Was planning on IVF with PGD in January. However we have a surprise natural pregnancy. Wasn't expecting it to work but I did sway girl and low and behold here I am.
