I think there's a lot going on. Possibly boy.

I noticed that not many people reply :) is it not a very clear image perhaps? I posted it on another forum, and had mixed guesses there also.

I'm hesitant because although there is a straight line, there is also a bump on top thT could mean boy...hmmm I'll go with slight girl lean.
