Is the LE diet right for me?
I'm a total Martha! I have two boys already, and my husband and I produce mainly boys on both sides. I got pregnant with both boys on the first (and only) tries, so I'm very fertile.
I'm 5'5 and weigh 112lbs, pretty consistently. Once in a while I'll go up to 114. I have 12% body fat. I've been very lean my whole life. I don't really exercise much, but I do enjoy being active with my boys.
I have been skipping breakfast for the past year for the most part. Not on purpose, just because I'm a late riser and I don't "have time" before getting the kids ready for school (haha).
I eat pretty healthy, I like to juice and I try and avoid processed foods. I have no problem changing my diet and altering the supplements I take for a sway though. I'm not a picky eater.
Anyway, my main question is, can my body really handle going on such a low calorie diet? I don't want to wither away or look sickly in the process.
I'm no expert, but won't lowering my body fat and weight even lower than it already is make me produce more testosterone?
Any advice/thoughts would be much appreciated! Thanks :)

With my boys I had no morning sickness. With Ds1 I craved meat. With ds2 not so much chicken, but red meat. Which I typically don't eat.
Nausea is a good thing! Yay! ;)
Ok, what's +opk now? I'm hoping to conceive October/November/December. So hopefully this gives me plenty of time. Especially with the help of atomic! And you all, thank you :)
