That's too early to tell either way - can't tell anythign from this picture but I hope you get your desired gender. Congratulations :)

That is too soon to tell gender. I wouldn't get upset over an ultrasound at 12 weeks. :)

Really? So I'm the only one that sees a nub? :( The tech was pointing at something between the legs...

I think I see what you see hun but that doesn't look 100% like a nub, I wouldn't be suprised if that's cord, chin looks super girlie too x

Well YOU were there in person...we only see the picture you posted. Anything could happen between now and the next ultrasound. I think by skull theory, it looks like a boy...however I dont know how right or wrong that is :)

The monitor was not close to me, so he was pointing at something to my husband... I don't know what the skull theory is, and I had no idea you could tell by the chin!!

I don't see a nub in the picture. Maybe she saw something during the live session, but I wouldn't get discouraged or excited over a 12 week ultrasound. A lot can change.

Don't be disappointed just yet, 12W is too soon and even really experienced techs do not say anything at this point because there have been a lot mistakes.
This picture does not have any gender clues, though.

I agree whats between the legs is not clear enough. If you have a better photo then maybe. But at 12 weeks unless it was obviously straight up in the air no way to be for sure because they are still too similar at that time. Hopefully when your gender scan comes around you will get your desired choice!
