17 week U/S girl

Hi everyone. I had a scan at a private clinic at 17W0D and the tech said she was very sure it was a girl and that "she was not shy." Does anyone think this could be an underdeveloped penis? I will be getting the 20 week scan in 3 weeks and I'm wondering if they're going to say boy! I already have two boys so I am really excited for this little girl. :) Thanks!
