i think if youre feeling hungry its has already started going down somewhat. me and dh have found thatif we are feelinghungry and start feeling low blood sugar its already too late. even if we eat a whole bunch it still takes up to an hour for our body to start to feel normal again...i would just munch on something tiny..one chip or one carrot, etc..maybe every 2hrs at the LEAST (butthats just how my body is). but i know what you mean, esply with all the drinks we're doing (or WILL do), sometimes the drinks makes us feel NOT hungry...so i wonder if you should still eat even if you are full from drinks..?
