Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I went from a major snacker to 2-3 meals per day. I always ate very nutrient dense foods so this was a huge change for me.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? 8 weeks
Did you skip breakfast regularly? Yes
Did DH change his diet with you? No
Comments regarding DH's diet- He ate a bit less meat as some nights I wouldn't cook any! He drank soy milk for 8 weeks prior- about 12-20 ounces per day. Hubby drank a lot of booze as well.
DId you consume alcohol?- A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details? I filled up on crappy high sugar foods most meals. I was basically hungry all the time and nearly starving prior to meals.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? I think I did well on the diet, cheated and ate meat maybe 4-5 times in very small amounts but overall I was pretty strict. I drank a lot of diet soda to fill the hunger and I never ever drank that in my life! .
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? I was 137 lbs at time of conception. Lost 17 lbs prior to this

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? Exercised 6-7 days a week, 60-70 minutes of cardio in the form of running/walking or elliptical.
I am short, 5ft 3, so my BMI can be on the higher end and I look "too skinny" according to others. I guess it is my natural proportions, small boobs, larger hips/ass. I am normally "curvy" but those curves are gone!

Any relevant attempt details? I was on top, no orgasm for me and I J&D after 4 minutes.

DH Supplements
Any additional supplement info? I took Vitex the month prior to our attempt from day 1-14. I dropped it the next month as my O was delayed. I used Soy Iso the month of attempt day 3-7. Hubby also took an antihistamine the night we dtd, no access to sudafed so we did the next best thing.
Did you do anything with Ions? I regularly used the essential oil lavendar.
Took a hot bath with Lavendar oil in the water prior to attempt...ZEN!
Moon Phase during conception? Waning Crescent
Did you use any Old Wives Tales? Nope. I made a wish on a shooting star tho:)
Things that make me feel great about my sway: The week leading up to our attempt I had to leave town for work for a night and DH worked the nightshift in between so we were busy, exhausted, and didn't have much time together. I also was sick with a cold about 5 out of the 8 weeks I swayed so that tells me my' maternal condition' wasn't great!I feel good about my 17 lb weight loss and change in mood. I was very realxed during swaying for what reason I don't know. I have a theory that all the swaying stuff lowered my testerone so I was less aggressive. I feel good that we abstained and only made one attempt! My sex drive was really low the past two months as well, and that is definitely different than when I conceived my boys. I am also still breastfeeding my DS2, but was just weaning my DS1 when I conceived DS2 so I don't know how much this sways for me.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: We conceived the FIRST CYCLE!!!! I didn't expect that all and it makes me very nervous. I would have liked to have been on the diet for longer than I was so conceiving so quickly wasn't my plan really. I am also afraid that making an attempt in peak boy season was a mistake even tho both of my boys were conceived during the girl season.
Things worth mentioning: I gave it my all! I am optimistic yet cautious and have prepared for another baby boy.
