I want to say girl but it looks stacked? I'm not great at this will be watching to see what others think. Good Luck :)

12/3 is right on the verge of the could go either way. I think I might see some stacking which would indicate a boy, but the nub is still level and has not started to rise yet. Good luck to your friend!
