Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I followed the PCOS version of the LE diet. I ate mostly brown rice/ pasta and wholegrain crackers, veges, fruit and dairy in the form of yoghurt, milk, cream cheese. I was not perfect on the diet and was often over on fat. I stopped charting the fat/ protein/ carbs ratios early on as i found it difficult to balance the three. I managed to avoid red meat entirely and had a mouthful of chicken about half a dozen times.
I ate two egg whites for breakfast every morning and a coffee with just a small amount of milk. This was just enough to curb my hunger but i was still very hungry by lunch time. Sometimes i felt my meals were too colourful and possibly had too many veggies/ too high nutrient.
I found the afternoons/ evenings the hardest with the no snacking rule. And probably snacked more than i should have. But i was often very hungry before each meal.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? 9 weeks + the 2ww

Comments regarding DH's diet- Hubby ate his usual diet. He always skips breakfast and does not snack. He drinks way more beer than he used to. He does eat red meat about 3 times per week.

DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details? I introduced coffee and diet drinks as a sway tactic. I would have 2 coffees per day and 1-2 diet cokes.
I drank 1-2 white wines per night, every night. Found this easy ;)
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? For the week leading up to O i was on holiday and had decided on day 2 of my holiday that i was going to eat what i wanted. I definitely went a bit crazy (but managed to still avoid red meat)
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? Prior to starting my sway i was 133lbs
I lost 14lbs in total (including 2lbs in the 2ww)
My BMI went from 20 to 18
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I did 1 hour of intense cardio 5 days per week. I definitely noticed a decrease in muscle mass. I looked too skinny. I think the exercise helped lower my T levels as my skin became clearer.
I did not exercise during the 5 days i was on holiday prior to O.

Any additional comments? So we BD'd once while on holiday. Then 5 days later when back at home i got what i thought was a positive OPK (the darkest line i had seen yet) so we BD. I think this was the one we conceived from. So only once in the fertile window.

Any relevant attempt details? We used KY jelly for our attempt. However i DID have the big O.
I J&D after about 30 seconds and within half an hour was at the gym for me 1hr of cardio (haha very romantic)
Hubby wear pants all day everyday (its 33' here) and teaches sport. Hopefully that causes a little bit of overheating down below :)

Moon Phase during conception? Full Moon
Did you use any Old Wives Tales? I think i ovulated from my right side as i had/ have pain on that side.
Things that make me feel great about my sway: I feel good about my weight loss and exercise.
This was my first cycle after coming off the BCP.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I want perfect on the die and had 5 days off the diet/ exercise just before Ov.
Having the big O.
Things worth mentioning: Both my sons were also conceived first month trying.
