Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Started on LE but couldnīt stay strict on it so last 2 months i tweaked it, skipping breakfast on most days, at least I was fasting from 8pm until after 10 am, vegetarian lunch at work on most days, mostly pasta, rice and such for dinner, would have chicken or fish if I ate meat, avoided red meat mostly but probably had to much fatty sauces. Sweets and chocolate a few nights a week, other than that no snacking.

Any relevant attempt details? For the first week and a half of the cycle we we usually abstained, then every 4 days until after O, then abstained again until AF.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: Alcohol, Vitex, I was feeling a bit ill and drained, DH just came from tennis practice where he afterwards sat in the hot sauna before we DTD, one attempt after +OPK. the first month of swaying i lost weight and since then kept it off by not snacking, no breakfast and the fiber i believe. When I conceived my son I would eat breakfast and a snack before lunch, and lots of snacking in between meals.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: eating too much fat and meat, not doing cardio, feeling a bit stressed, generally not trying harder
Things worth mentioning: For the first 4 months of swaying I used antihistamines but since I barely have any CM at all I dropped that part of the sway since I was not getting pregnant.
