Is there any clearer picture? Looks like nub is on the rise, so I lean blue

Just to update you all - its a girl! My gut feeling was that it was a girl but I was afraid to say that out loud! We have 2 boys already so a little girl is just amazing. Thanks for all your replies & guesses.x
