12w1d measuring 12w3d nub? Skull?

I just had my nt scan. She was below the chest for maybe a couple of quick seconds and I barely saw anything and I was looking!! Any guesses? Is that a nub angling down between the legs or part of the leg? Baby's hand was up by face. Thanks for guessing!
