Hi! Hoping to find others on the same journey as myself. We have two boys aged 3 and 1 and are planning on a pink sway later this year. I am hoping to have everything planned by July and start the LE diet then. My AF is still not the most predictable after having DS2 last year so I'll be using OPKs and I might try to temp later this spring. I can't temp at the moment as my youngest DS still wakes at night so it wouldn't be accurate. Once he starts sleeping better I'll definitely temp! I watch CM all the time, though have definitely noticed increase CM in general since having the boys. I am currently on iron tablets for anaemia and Lustral (like Zoloft) for post partum anxiety. Hoping to come off Lustral in the coming months as I am feeling much better. Contemplating asking my doctor if he might consider prescribing Clomid for my sway, I swear I will try anything that will help the sway and help keep anxiety levels at bay. I do have a hard time with anxiety in general and I'm sure that sways blue!! Any thoughts on Clomid fellow swayers?
So at the moment I am 125lbs and 5'5. I weighed 140lbs give or take when we conceived both boys, hoping I can maintain my current weight and lose another 4-5lbs on the LE diet just before our attempt. I don't know if I can give up fish for my LE diet, I eat a lot of veggies as it stands but a lot of boy friendly veg for sure so I'll need to try to change that. I definitely have a sweet tooth but I think that might be related to the lack of iron, I lack energy so my body craves sugar. My blood sugar is consistently low so that shouldn't be a problem.
As for exercise I can't lead a sedentary life with the two boys as I am chasing them daily but I get very little time to workout. I will probably do an hour brisk walking daily. Should I try fit in anything else?
We have a big family holiday in August so I will probably be slightly more relaxed about my diet while away for the two weeks, I'll try stick to it as much as I can though! The trip is to Disney World so we will be doing quite a bit of walking, at least I'll be keeping up my exercise!!
Hoping there are a few other :ttcgirl: :ttcboy: joining me on this journey! Hopefully we can buoy each other up and keep our sways going as well as possible :highfive:

Nann- I'm thread crashing here! With DS1 and DS2, I ate like a hobbit, lol! Think breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, and sometimes a snack before bed. I only ate between 1400-1800 calories. My diet consisted with a lot of protein. I had a high fiber cereal in the morning, usually oats or Kashi goLean cereal (honey almond flax). Snacks were protein smoothies, nuts (fav was a small handful of walnuts and 1Tbsp raisins), banana, or Greek yogurt with 1C of mixed berries. Lunch was usually some sort of chicken salad or a turkey sandwich with chips (my weakness!!). Dinners would be some sort of grain or pasta (1/2C) with a protein and veggie (mainly broccoli, green beans, or mixed veggies). I loved brown rice or quinoa. I always cooked in olive oil and used extra virgin olive oil as a base for all of my salad dressings. If I did have sweets it was usually a small square of 85-95% dark chocolate. Exercise was usually 30min of weight lifting followed by 30-45min for cardio. I usually worked out 5 times a week. Sometimes I took a yoga class and would just lift when not attending the classes.
I swayed for a DD for my DH and we are having a third boy [emoji4]! Boys are AWESOME, and I sure hope you get one!

I'm swaying for a boy so i won't be of much help! But I am having DH wear boxers starting in August and he's going to be taking zinc too! We were gonna ttc in November but he suggested we bump it up to October!! :0 I'm on board of course as long as it won't ruin my sway!!! :p
Oh and DH is so worried too.. He could care less what gender we have, he's worried about me! I don't blame him I took the first one really hard.. But I love her more than life! Thinking about going green with #2 :) just so I can get excited and be excited he whole time, instead of depressed. Forces me to get excited about life in me rather than gender in me. Cuz that's what's most important!

Looks like we'll joining this party! We've got two sweet boys (2 & 1) and we're hoping to try for our girl in October or November. I'm on a lenient version of the LE diet now and I'll strict it up in August, with our first try in mid October or November. We were originally going to wait and try in January, because we have a cruise booked in December, but as much as I don't want to be pregnant on another cruise (btdt), I'd much rather be pregnant than on a diet! We get pregnant too easily or we'd pull the goalie now haha.
We're torn about team green this time. We were for both our boys and loved it, but I feel like this time I want to know, because if I do get my girl- I want to buy all the pink in the world. But with DS2 I was 100% convinced he was a girl, and when he was born, my dh looked up and said "it's another boy!" And my nurses said I just sighed, laid my head down and started laughing. We love him to death but I was so hopeful! So part of me wants to know ahead of time, and part of me wants that moment in the delivery room again.

I'm doing great! I'm on the HE diet but I've also been working out (heavy lifting) and I've pretty much maintained my weight! Got a +opk yesterday and still LH strong today! However I've had terrible ovulation pains that I've never experienced before.. Possible hyperovulation? I've been taking cassava root religiously..
Hopper you sound way too busy!!!! But good for you for maintaining the LE diet WHILE baking cakes! I would've stuffed my face with cake and frosting while baking :) also good job for fitting in your cardio given the chaos! :D
