BFP but worrying!

Hi there, i posted last year about ttc a girl after having 3 gorgeous boys and how i was struggling with weight loss with the girl diet, well not long after that post my periods and ovarys decided they wanted to stop working!
i fell into depression that i tried so hard to have a much wanted daughter that its caused me to be incapable of conceiving at all! Anyway i upped my calories and did various other things to try to get my body back into reproducing mode but still no periods! Anyway i done a pregnancy test last week and low and behold BFP! I cant believe it as far as i was concerned i wasnt ovulating!
I had an early pregnancy scan and was expecting to be about 6 weeks as i only bd once at the beginning of last month! DH has been working away, but according to the sono theres no heartbeat yet and its too early to even measure me! she said im not over 4 weeks, so two weeks since conception now im panicing that the pregnancy isnt progressing! Has this happened to anyone before?

Well, you did ovulate eventually LOL! Yes, this has happened before and in fact happened to me, as I caught the first egg when breastfeeding once (got pg without getting AF)

please don't worry, the baby is just too small to see at this point. Start prenatals right away.

After all that hard work of girl dieting, endless supplements and obsessive ph checking i fell pregnant in the exact circumstances i did with my boys lol! What will be will be and if i get a girly its just a bonus! x

I think your body can "remember" that you were getting less nutrients at some point along the way. Sending you pink dust.

I had a scan today and confirmed im 7 weeks 1 day so baby is growing nicely! Thankyou for all your kind responses!
