Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I made gradual changes to my diet for a long long time before actually ttc, probably since around August? I was a typical blue diet prior to ttc. I stopped eating breakfast, stopped snacking and gave up meat and fish gradually. By the end I was pretty much veggie.

Full on, probably around 3 months

Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes, towards the end, he didn't become full in veggie but did reduce meat eating ALOT!
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He is a big carnivore, snacks a lot pretty much like I did before.

Any Diet Details?
I did eat pasta as I felt it was important to still feel like I was eating 'properly'. I tried some of the fibre noodles but I found them slimy and disgusting. I really enjoyed the changes actually, it felt really healthy.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to?
I weighed around 11st 4 at the start and finished at around 10st 9 so I lost around half a stone. I am 5ft 8 so I'm quite tall. My bmi is around 22.5
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I did the couch potato! I am not a fan of exercise and thought it would be too much along with such drastic changes to my diet.

We bd based on dates of estimated ovulation, I got a positive around 12 he after dtd. Not sure when I ovulated though..

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I was on the diet for a long time before ttc, I lost some weight (I have under active thyroid so it's quite difficult for me to lose weight), I used the supplements. Hubby did his bit. All in all I feel we followed the advice given fairly closely.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:I stress (especially about work). We already have two boys so I sometimes think we aren't 'meant' to have a girl. We got pregnant quickly and I didn't do the exercise which I was planning to introduce if we hadn't got pregnant that cycle!
