Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Not snacking was huge for me! I had red meat maybe once every few weeks. Used to be two times a week. Using my fitness pal was a huge help keeping my calories at 1,200.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

Not much of a change. He hardly ate red meat as well, he always ate what I made for dinner. He has an awful habit of not eating all day until he gets home.

No, I did not factor that into my sway

I was 154.. lost 5 pounds the last month when we conceived.

Lots of cardio. Cut out weights completely (and I miss it terribly).

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Keeping my pH low, and J & D is something we didn't ever do with our boys.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I had cheat days. I always felt guilty but I couldn't stop myself. Especially when I got a BFN.

You're DH sounds like mind -
Min never eats at work and it's a long day. What sort of stuff did you do for cardio? How "intense" and for how long?

Congrats again!

I was walk/jogging about 4 miles 3 to 4 days a week. DH is always gone with work too, so rest wasn't an option with my crazy DS 2. That's another huge change for my sway. I was not stressed when I conceived my boys, and I wasn't in a very active lifestyle.

Congrats and good luck! Did you really have that many attempts, unprotected?

Yes I did. I figured with jump and dump and sylk it would lower his sperm count enough to help sway pink. Doing one attempt wasn't happening for us, and it was my last month to conceive before we were out of our time frame for DH to be present for the birth. I'm relying more on the diet and everything else more so than the BD frequency.

I should correct it.. it was 2, 4, and 5 days before O.

I had no idea you were under pressure to make it happen within a timeline as well. I know exactly how you felt and I would have upped my game too. Xo

Yeah I was more concerned about falling pregnant than upping my chances of a girl with frequency and timing. I'm going to be happy no matter the gender. But I feel confident with all my other sway tactics that my chances are good :)

Congrats again Seabee! I think you have a great chance at pink! And I actually think that you just had one attempt in the fertile window. I bet all those sperm from 4 and 5 days before O were dead!

I definitely think diet matters most by far and multiple attempts for several days in a row CAN sway pink. I really hope it does for you. :)
