Ha! My sway was non existent:( I hadn't eaten breakfast for a few weeks and I had been on the LE diet for 2 weeks, bit I also came off of it for my hubby's bday dinner. Let's see, we had a full 3 day cutoff, maybe + a few hours. O'd 3 days before a new moon and used benadryl the day before and day of O. I was outside a lot more than when TTC the boys. I did have quite a bit of ewcm and when we dtd we used nothing at all. No orgasm(I have a hard time with that on a good day). Position was on top 5 days before O and doggy(:rofl:) 3 days before O. I jumped and dumped instantly both times. I wasn't ttc at all so I even checked my cervix right after the doggy deed! Hahaha! I was on vitex 2wks on/2wks off since Feb. No other supps. Hubby was on cranberry and licorice root for 2 months straight. He also changed a few things- wore tighty whiteys, had lots of hot baths and consumed more alcohol(especially on the night of the 23rd for his bday!!!yikes!). He cut way back on salt and had no red meat for a month. 1 cup coffee per day. I cut coffee out for 12 months now. I lost about 6lbs before getting pregnant but I'm still overweight. That's all I can think of for now. I do have the Chinese gender calendar on my side this time! ;) oh and 3 mediums have said that I will have 4 children and the last will be a girl:) let's hope they're right:)

Sorry for jumping in here, but OMG Doula, I just came back from my holiday and the first thing I see is that you actually got a BFP with your surprise ovulation!!!! :hug2: I hope you are happy, congratulations!

Doula, that doesn't seem like a bad sway at all now I see all the things you *were* doing and not just the things you *weren't*! How are you and how did DH take the news?
I'm doing very well thanks! I call week 4-6 the "honeymoon phase" :D I don't feel pregnant at all, I can eat whatever I want, I'm still sleeping well and the hormones aren't out of control yet...... at 6w1d that all ends....LOL!
Less than a month left before your attempt, right? How exciting!!!! I can't wait for all the pink swayers to get their BFP's and not have to worry about that damn diet anymore. I think you're a machine, Z!!!! ((HUGS)) What's your first BFP meal???
Oh and about DH.....I gave him an FRER that I took the am after I originally found out...just to be sure...and it was almost as dark as the control line....LOL He looked at the test, raised his eyebrows and then looked back me. He was silent for a few seconds and said...."I am really excited Hun.....I was just really looking forward to actually TRYING this time!" Poor guy... :rofl: Our first DS was a BCP oops and then we had sex once on O day with 3-4 day abstinence which resulted in our next 2 boys. I think sex everyday for 3 weeks was really exciting for the man...hahahahaha!
Oh DM, I laughed out loud at your DH's reaction. Poor man! Let's hope this pregnancy has you all frisky so he gets what he was promised :D
Don't talk about how long it is until our attempt because it's freaking me out - I do so much better (in everything in life!) if I dive straight in and don't think about it for too long! I don't know about the food. This sounds like BS but there's nothing I *really* fancy that I'm not already eating. I eat all sorts of crap every day so it's not like I'm short of treats and I don't miss meat at all. Although now you have me thinking about it, I'll definitely enjoy doing my big Sunday roasts again and marmite on toast for breakfast! Oh crap, now I'm hungry - must be time for bed :D
Hi congrats Doula that is fab news. I have my BFP too! My cut off was only one day and four time bd in a row. I had to try to get pregnant quick. I'm so pleased though but keep thinking its a boy! I'm only about 5 weeeks and feel soooo sick:( It has been so early this time and got a really early BFP i hope this is a good sign! x ps my sway is in the attempts bit but it really wasn't a great sway as had given up really x
