How do you take naps with 4 boys?? Lol I LOVE taking naps, but it just ain't happening, the little monsters won't let me! Don't know if it sways though, I think if lach of sleep sways pink (and I don't know if it does) then taking naps would not be the best thing to do? Oooh Atomic?
I think it would tend to sway blue but at the same time - the need of naps may indicate you're not sleeping well at night, yk?? So someone who tends to require naps may be tired anyway.
And I have the same question as Dana - how do you nap with 4 boys??
Lol!!! Ds 1 is 20, lives with dad. Ds2 is 15 - in hs, ds 3&4 SOMETIMES nap at the same time but boy howdy those days are far and few between and likely numbered since ds 3 is now 3yrs old... I'm getting lucky here lol
I'm tired. Ds 4 has been waking again - last night was 130, 4, then it was the pile of babies in my bed keeping me up lol I wouldn't change it for the world but Ya a daily siesta would be awesommmmmme OH and af here makes me just want to crawl into a hole and sleep... Terrible

I almost think napping is a genetic thing. My grandmother's family is from Spain where people still take a siesta. I honestly think napping is in my genetics. I could EASILY take a siesta every day, even on the days I sleep well. I just love a little down time escape from reality in the middle of the day. It recharges me for the rest of the day.
On the days that I do get one, I spend the first hour thinking that they'll wake up lol! But if I do doze off its heavvvvenly

I always wake up feeling like crap after a nap! It doesn't refresh me at all lol, I need a loooong sleep. But both my kids stopped their naps when they were almost 2 :( And the nights have always been way too short, with way too much waking mama up. I hope my next baby takes after mama, I love my sleeps! But if tiredness sways pink, I'm feeling a bit better about it :D
Ya Dana you're in a good place sleep wise for pink!!!

Well crap! My dd who is 3 yrs is waking up a couple times a night just to have me put her blakents on her!! Do you think having my hubs let me sleep in later everyday will counter act that so it won't affect my blue sway? I would make my hubs wake up with her but of course she just wants mom, sigh.....
Ash, I conceived my Ds2 on horrible nights! DS1 would constantly nurse (yes, I conceived a boy while breastfeeding!) and I would be awake during it as it was too uncomfortable to sleep through it. But if you can, sleep out yes and take naps. Make sure you're rested. But then again, loads of women conceive boys on little sleep, I think it's more the diet and weight lifting that counts. You can have all my blue dust if you like? *sprinklesprinkle!*
Well then I will stop stressing and make dh wake up with the kids, I'd rather sleep in anyway!! I would love all your blue dust only if you take all my pink!! :)
Good to know! I'm trying my best with all the other sway tactics and am really taking a liking to weight lifting!! I've even joined a vegan weight lifting Facebook page that really helps me!!
Sssh Atomic, Ash needed a good excuse to sleep in! ;) I know I would :D
Oh I'll sacrifice Ash, I'll take all the pink dust you got
Lol Dana!!!! :rofl::rofl:
This is probably tmi, but My hubs has gotten a major boost in sex drive and wants it all the time.... So I've been trading dtd for sleeping in and he cleans!!! Hahaha!
Hahaha yes! That's what I do as well! I give him nookie and he takes the kids off my hands for awhile lol! Or anything else I desire if I make him want it bad enough. Muawhaha! :highfive: (and uh I think the major sexdrive sways boooyyy for him?! Because high testosterone and stuff?)
Haha, glad it's not just me that does it!! I'm hoping that it sways blue b/c he certainly has the drive!
lol this thread got funny!! Ash I totally can say that same as Dana i conceived a boy while breastfeeding; and as atomic said its the other stuff that tips the scales.
And my DH is Mega horny and that scares the bejesus out of me with those T levels [emoji51]

Sweety, my DH used to be really horny as well when we conceived DD, he was only 21 when we made her so at the top of his game! lol. It was me who wasn't all into it at the time as I had a lot on my mind at uni and was writing my thesis, which was very stressful :sigh: Now with all the stress going on with the move and his demanding studies and job his libido has come down. I don't mind as my libido is just as pathetic right now. Except when I'm round my O :p We can only try to get our husbands change their lifestyle a little bit with supps (and I'm going to make him drink soy milk, very much against his will as he says it's disgusting haha) and the rest is up to us. We can do this!
Does soy milk itself lower t, or is it the preferable replacement for white milk? My DH does ve drink milk at all. Cream in his coffee but no cereal with milk or glasses
Of milk

Uhm not sure, I think soy decreases fertility?? But am def not sure about that! My husband drinks loads of coffe with milk and sugar, so am hoping he will take soy instead. And has an occasional glass of milk or cereal with milk.
Mine too. There are definite exceptions out there I"m sure but overall that is the trend I see with the Custom Swayers (many of the Custom Swayers are not regulars on the site and thus don't "know" what they are supposed to say and are better sources of unbiased info than people who may just be telling me what I want to see) is that the blue swayer's husbands have WAY lower sex drives and sometimes can't even manage the 3-5 attempts in the fertile window. My husband can manage 3 times in one DAY and he's 46 years old. I wish I was making that up BTW. :/
Nice thread ...i dont know if its weather or what ...i m also napping now everyday with my younger one ... sometimes napping or relaxing with a cup of tea ...seems like the luxuries of life :) .....specially as my kids wakeup every 2-3 hr at night till they turn 2 :)
Soy milk and soy protein foods ~probably~ sway pink for everyone. It has been shown to lower testosterone levels. There is some conflicting info about soy for DW, because it has something called "phytoestrogen" that the old school swayers claimed swayed boy. I don't happen to think it sways blue for DW or DH, but until I have more information, I use it only for DH right now and not DW.
RE milks -
for those on standard LE Diet - skim milk and rice milk are best. You can use full fat dairy products in moderation as a way to get fat if you need some
for those on alternate LE Diets - full fat animal milk only. All other milks and milk replacers are terrible for blood sugar and may suppress fertility
Oh and of course for blue swayers I think whole milk is best, almond milk and coconut milk is second best. I'd avoid soy milk and rice milk for blue
3 times a DAY? At 46? Oh my! Poor you Atomic, although I guess he's really into you ;)
What I was wondering, it's true that bald men have high testosterone levels, right? My father is bald ( he was 20 when he started loosing his hair) and according to my mom he wants it every day (and now I need therapy for the rest of my life, thanks mom) and they have 4 girls. I've noticed around me a lot of bald men have girls, but testosterone should be more blue-ish right? This is so confusing, especially because there are so many sway factors. My husband had a full head of hair though and so does his dad and granddad.
My hubby is abt to get bald ..he also started losing his hair in late 20s ...but i think it runs in their family ...i have two dds but my sis who is married to his cousin is totally bald but they have got 1 son :) ...not sure if baldness matter ...
Yes, it runs in the family, but I thought it was also testosteron-related. Don't know if that is family related also?
Probably too late to encourage it now. My husband is basically on the same diet as me except he eats beef burgers instead of my veg burgers. He probably eats less than the average person should, very lean. Not sure if it's a big weight toward pink ok not

I think it helps! At least I hope it does! My DH started to do the LE diet and cardio with me the last 16 weeks we were TTCing. He still has kept it up, because he likes the way it makes him feel and he is in the best shape of his life [emoji4]!
I'll know soon what we are having, but I think anything that DH's do to change their condition too could only help a sway.

Well, mine didn't change a lot. He's terrible for skipping 2-3 meals and pretty much always was. It's just the meat that is different. I'm so excited for your scan!

Wow, 3 times a day!?! If I would give it to my hubs that many times he'd be in heaven!! Of course if he keeps cleaning I might have to let him, lol!!!
Hitme, maybe you could slip soy milk in his food? Also, you can make some really yummy salad dressings out of the silken tofu that might help!!
He's so farm boy. He won't even eat yogurt dressings. I am thinking of doing smoothies with soy - hed never know and would like it.

I don't totally know, but 8-12 days is better than O days, LOL
Ya I suppose so. Not that he'd consume daily. I can barely get that man to remember OLE. I think I'm on my own here lol

Haha I hope baldness sways girl! DH is totally loosing it since DS3 :)
