Is Diet that much better for a pink sway? They are both acidifying, right? So, it's just that Diet has aspartame?

I think normal coke is fine so long as you're not eating it all day long because it will keep your blood sugars raised - somebody suggested they would have regular coke with meals and diet coke in between while which seems sensible, so long as you're not consuming too many calories :D
I used to live on regular Coke and I have 2 girls. Regular Coke has excessive amount of sugar ( and therefore it's acidifying) + it contains orto-phosphoric acid which is acidifying too.
I believe both Cokes are *good* for girl sway since it is ultimately unhealthy lol!
I used to skip brekkie, and eat small piece of cheese around noon and large glass of Coke. I was drinking at least 4 glasses of Coke daily which is approximately 1 liter of it.

I tried drinking Diet Coke and couldn't stand the stuff. I've had a lot more luck with Diet Pepsi - after several weeks drinking it, I've stopped noticing the aspartame taste and feel like it 'almost' tastes like the real thing (whereas the occasional Diet Coke I have still tastes awful to me). I've had lots of people tell me that it takes a while for you to get used to the taste of diet pop - maybe drink one per day and give it a week or two - it may stop tasting so weird to you.
Sugar free gum is good for a pink sway too - and I find chewing some after my diet pepsi/coke stops me worrying so much about the effect it's having on my teeth!!
I also like Diet Pepsi way better than Diet Coke. BY FAR.
You might also want to try Caffiene free Diet Coke because that also tastes better to me than reg. Diet Coke does.

Thanks girls! You're right that Diet Pepsit is better than Diet Coke. Which is weird because I HATE regular Pepsi and LOVE regular Coke!! Haha
