I'm actually going to lean boy. It looks girly to start with but the parts do look a long way away from the anus so wondering if that is a scrotum...
looks very close together to be girl so maybe boy? xx
My son looked a lot like this at 20 weeks (front on image) but potty shot was all boy. It was a couple of years ago but if you have a look at my threads it is still there and you can look at photos I posted. I think the my third photo was the front on image that looks like yours.
