Prayers and positive thoughts for Washington State

Ladies if you have a minute to spare could you please send your prayers and good vibes up here to Washington State, we are having horrific wildfires and high winds that are turning a bad situation into a disaster. The president has declared a state of emergency and even for those who are not near a fire, the air quality is just terrible and making us all ill. Please cross your fingers that this ends soon with no further loss of life and homes. Thank you!!!!

Oh my, I'm so sorry! I thought things were under control and not venturing too close to you. How scary! Really hoping it dies down soon.

thank you!! We are ok but it's just unbelievably smoky and I am getting worried about the kids' health breathing smoke for so many days.

We are in the same boat. The air quality health index in Alberta the last few days has been between 12 and 14...out of a scale of 1 to 10. No joke. We don't have a/c, and we have to keep the windows closed, kids inside...it's just awful. And HOT.

Yes that's us too, no one up in these here parts has a/c because it usually gets cool at night...but last year and this year both it was insanely hot for weeks on end, and crazy smoke both years too...let's hope this isn't a sign of things to come! Hope it is getting better for you Anchor.
