Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Didn't eat breakfast in mornings, cut out dairy recently due to lactose intolerance (more soy foods) and reduced sugar intake.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? Dairy free for a good 3-4 months, hadn't eaten breakfast in mornings for longer then that.
