Hello I'm new here but stumbled upon this site recently. We have 3 boys at home right now ages 9,8, and almost 4! Prayed our 4th and last would be our girl plus read Shettles through and through. Here are our shots we got from our private scan we had this weekend. The woman said she "knew" what we were having and didn't argue with me that I thought girl based on these pics. I had a scan today at my OB's office, 14+3 and the tech said (and I saw no large protrusion) that what she sees could be swollen labia still. I pray so! I read 14 week potty shots can be very unrealiable? Too early for 3 lines. For such a girlie nub I do have my hopes on a girl!
Trust me I have two boys and at 11 weeks ultrasound tech for both my boys said 90 percent a boy. I clearly seen the penis at 11 and 12 weeks, so I would say girl!!

Thank you for your encouragement! It seems the nub is a stronger indicator for boy or girl vs an early potty shot at 14 wks...and good point princess mom!
Potty shots at 14 weeks are pretty reliable!
Well there was no penis but no three lines yet either which she told me could be swollen labia at 14 wks. I read boys are easier to identify under 16 wks vs girls?
Yep! My DS3 was very clear at 13w5d that he was a boy! We clearly saw a sac and penis!

Yay congrats!!!! I am curious are you able to post the gender ultrasound for around 14 weeks? I have 4 sons and I go in three days for my 14 week scan. I am very nervous and want to see what I could expect for a girl, if you have a 14 week potty shot.
sushikitty they didn't give me a shot at the 14 wk one because she wasn't sure so no pic :( however she guessed probable swollen labia, no penis was seen -- looked more like 3 dots at that gestation. Hope that helps. Good luck!! Thank you for the congrats!! We are very happy :ballerina:
