I made a white bean soup and bean chili with no chili spices and I felt pretty good yesterday!! It seemed to definitely help...strange isn't it?

Beans did not help. At all.
Why not just consume lots of soluble fibre, added to your foods? I'm not a huge legume fan personally.
Yea, it didn't help as much as I was hoping and I couldn't consume a whole lot of beans like I was supposed toQuote:
