Hi.I am very new to this site. I am looking for the best gender selection clinic in States. I mean the one with highest success rates. I am 31 and DH is 41. I can go to any clinic in Seattle area as I live in Vancouver or I can travel to California if the success rate is high there.
Already have a gorgeous girl and want to have a boy to balance my family.

The top clinic in the Seattle area is Pacific NW Fertility and IVF Specialists. Their live birth rate for the under 35 age group is 49.1% per transfer(attempt). That is just above the national average.
HRC in California is 70.8% per transfer(attempt). So, if you have to travel, which you will from Vancouver, I would travel to where the success rates are highest.

Hi Blue! I'm by no means any kind of expert here, but just wanted to encourage you to keep doing your research. IVF/PGD is a huge investment on many levels. You want to go into it feeling as prepared as humanly possible. Most women won't find success on their first cycle, even those who use the clinics with the highest success rates. My personal opinion is to go to a clinic with a very high success rate because you'll be giving yourself the best possible chance.Quote:

Of course any Dr or clinic's website is going to be written to make them sound fantastic. All that to say, just get yourself as well-informed as possible.
