Sodium Intake(Please describe) I like my meals quite salty so sodium intake was not significantly increased during ttc.

Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I started ttc back in january tried for 4 months, ended up gaining a lot of weight (16kilos) which made me feel like a whale and had serious issues with my appearance and felt like crap. Decided to take a break and loose these kilos cause i could not handle the situation. Lost them during sping-summer and end of september started a more controlled HE diet. Carb intake was much less compared to beginning of the year and mostly from fruit and vegetables. Gained 3 kilos in 2 months and thankfully got my bfp in december.

Comments regarding DH's diet- He always follows a HE diet.
DId you consume alcohol?- A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details? I excersize in the mornings so had breakfast after 10am most of the days. When i had the girls i never ate breakfast and it is the thing that gave me the hardest time.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: Bd pattern and diet a much healthier diet than when i had the girls. (Both girls were 1 attempt and i lost weight during ttc due to hectic work schedule). DH had started gym and was in a muscle building mode.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I did not follow the exact HE guidelines cause I was afraid of gaining too much weight again. Also although i had cut back on smoking i had not stopped it. Also DH is a heavy smoker.
Things worth mentioning: I think i did the best i could this time. No matter the outcome I feel blessed and my main focus is to enjoy this pregnancy as much as possible since it's probably my last.
