Should you add anything else to the LE and 1attempt?

Ttc girl and I was curious do you believe that along with LE and 1 attempt, you should also do the jump and dump ( sounds horrible saying!)? Anything else you would add, I know Sudafed is a no no, but Benadryl? No douch because it's decreases conception but does it work? I've read so much and wasn't sure if the latest results were using these additional things to decrease ewcm, if that's a goal anymore. I think atomic has debunked ph theory and timing. I don't mind decreasing my chances of conception I just want to have the strongest sway. Thank you so much!

Antihistamines aren't getting good results. I would add fiber, exercise ( cardio for 1 hour 4-6 days a week) if you can- it doesn't have to be intense, and alcohol.

The things that are really, truly working based on our results are:

LE Diet plus fiber, coffee, and alcohol longer than 12 weeks
Exercise cardio 60 min a day 6-7 days a week (and getting good results even with 4-5 days)
One attempt or every 4 days
Clomid/Femara if you can get it
Jump and Dump HAS seemed to add something to our success rates, one attempt + J and D got abut 5% better results than one attempt without it, so I'd def. consider including it.
Possibly olive leaf extract for DH although I'm still a little unconvinced on this, it isn't swaying blue at the least.

Antihistamines have been getting neutral results and cutting odds of conception.
Douching got ok results in our stats but it's a small sample size and only the strictest of the strict swayers (most of whom doing one attempt) were doing it so I don't trust the numbers on that. Our results WITHOUT douching is much the same as IG's results WITH at home EGS (they do tons and tons of douching along with one attempt) so I suspect strongly that it is number of attempts that is swaying and not the douching. If the douching was adding stuff, then we'd see IMPROVED success with douching and one attempt, not the same success rates.

Wow that helps a ton! Il read something then notice it was from 2 or 3 years ago! I have been doing almost all if it for months, LE, but slacked for 6 wks because if traveling and holidays and ate more, but I'm back on track for the last 2 weeks. I tried the last 2 months but BFN, although my husband has been out of town and we could only bd 3 or 4 days before O. He's finally home and well be bding w +opk. I've been drinking at night! Super fun because hungry! I will add fiber and so glad about antihistamine I don't like taking medicine. Il let you know when I get any results! Thank you so much!! If I can't get pregnant this month il ask OB for Clomid, she's receptive bc of my age.

I do have a question does douching clear out cm or does it make it more hostile, less sperm equals sway pink? Just curious!

Can I ask, how much coffee? I have 2 - 3 strong black coffees every morning (to help me with skipping breakfast). Do you think this is enough?

I have one about 10.30/11 with little milk then another one with my lunch and that's it ? I think 2-3 cups is the amount to have [emoji4]

Yes what sort of fibre supp? I don't really drink alcohol any more due to being on antidepressant medication.

I use ground psyllium husks mixed with water. Lots of ladies take it in capsule form. Some Americans use Benefiber which dissolves in water, not sure if it's available where you are.

You don't HAVE to do alcohol, I don't and can't drink it either due to my pain meds.

Thanks sooo much ladies. Is there a specific amount of fibre that's recommended? Like we have McG, grams, etc?

Follow the directions on the bottle. They are all different.

Start at the lowest recommended dose on bottle if taking capsules or tablets, increase dose slowly as you like. Or start at 2tsp ground psyllium husks if you use those.

Stuff from 2-3 years ago is better, it's the 2011 stuff you have to beware of. :) I keep it up for the people who want to do things the "old school way".

We don't know why douching works or even if it really does. Most peole who do douching, do very strict sways in lots of other ways and it may skew the statistics to make it look more effective than it really is. When I was on the other site, I saw plenty of people douching like crazy and still getting boys.

Most people start off with 5 min. after and then extend that longer if you go several months with BFN
