I want to try my best to keep my blood sugar low.... just trying to figure out how I am going to do that..

I drank it during 2ww. Curious what opinions are.
I think diet coke is for lowering pH with the aspartame isn't it? I'm still drinking it out of habit but I'm not guzzling it like I was leading up to our attempt.
It is ok in sane amounts during the 2WW. I would not drink it the way that they tell people to on IG, when PUPO (or frankly, even when NOT PUPO.)

Pregnant until proven otherwise, so you can't do anything that could jeopardize a potential pregnancy like taking bad supps or drinking the freaking insane amounts of Crystal Light that some people do.
OK, I like that, I'll consider myself PUPO for the next few days at least :D
I did cut way back on aspartame during the 2ww. Or for me the 11 days until a BFP then I ditched it for good. Yay! I rarely ever drank soda before the sway now I am having hard time not wanting a soda. Having a sugary soda right now in fact. :)
Me too! I've had 2 cans today and that's cutting back. I'm really going to have to find something healthier to drink once I'm preggers!
I am slowly weaning myself. I converted back to hot tea a couple times a day like I always have and that seems to have helped with my soda addiction.
Hmm, I have always drank diet pop in the tww. I never go crazy, but I have a couple each day. I just don't want the calories from regular pop.

That is just fine, tweedle!! It's just that on some other sites, they are telling people to ingest A LOT of aspartame. Like, they take Crystal Light and add several packets of Equal to it. And that just doesn't feel like a good thing to me for someone who may have a baby on board. There's a big difference between dietary intake and "OMG what are you thinking" intake.Quote:
