Personally, both stress me out and I just go by CM which isn't always ideal (as in last month when I relied on having 3 days of EWCM and so we had our attempt on day 2.... I then went on to have an extra 3 or so days of EWCM so we missed the egg completely!) If I have irregular cycles again I will use OPKs again. I have used them in the past but I have a short LH surge which means I usually miss it, unless I am POAS 6x a day - and this makes me neurotic about it! I used to temp but I haven't done for a while (again - I got obsessed, and also it's not that helpful in advance). I would say do what works best for you. Can't hurt to try OPKs for a month?
