Hey everyone it's just been over 30 hours since I heard the news and I'm still in shock.., I woke up last night in disbelieve thinking something bad is going to happen. As for swaying I purchased book " how to choose sex of your baby" shettles method I monitored my ovulation a few months then 1st month Dtd 4 days out and no orgasm for me and shallow penetration , repeated 2nd month but strangely couldn't pick up when I really ovulated so I think I was approx 3-4 days out and was patient to not have sex anymore that month. As for food I didn't do anything special. I eat very healthy and exercise 6 days. I was prepared for another boy and when I got results from obs I couldn't move off lounge for 10 mins. I was crying with joy and since that moment have already spent over $400 on clothes . All I can of think of is pink pink pink

One attempt and exercise are both great sway tactics. Please do an "add your sway" if you want to! Huge congrats can't wait to see pics.

I was running 8-10k one day, Tuesday to Saturday doing one hour of variation gym work (weights, cardio) ..I'm a gym junkie
Eating healthy breakfast rotate between juicing and natural yoghurt
lunch rotate between salad and soup
dinner normal
don't drink much alcohol
drink coffee every day

I'm very happy for you Determined! I did exactly the same thing... No luck with 5 cycles of HT and then without even trying we got our baby girl a month after our last HT cycle. I still can't believe how lucky I am and she is now a 10weeks. Enjoy the feeling
Hey My2Sons that is so wonderful that she is finally here for you!Do you care to share your girls name? I'm still so scared and as I just cant believe my luck and for you that went through HT 5 times OMG. Once was enough for me it was way too stressful and so emotional and once you get on it becomes so hard to turn away. How was your pregnancy? When did you find out it was a girl? I just don't believe I make girls after my HT results ha ha. A big congrats to you and your Daughter....LoTS OF PINK GLITTER and Tutu's to you he he

Ultrasound this week went perfect and asked to check it was a female so yes I saw a vagina... Woo hoo half way there
