Added something new to my sway for this attempt.

I have been tweeking my sway a little bit for my next attempt and I added something that I orginally wanted to do but I got so wrapped up in all the details that I completely forgot about it.

I have added visualization to my sway. One of my friends reminded me about it. I am going to visualize myself pregnant and what that feels like, visualize holding a new born GIRL and how wonderful it feels to have her in my arms and so on....

I know it may sound weird... but I do really feel that it could help manifest something positive. :) :)

I plan to take the time each day to do this even just for a few moments. :) :)

You know, I think I did a bit of this without realising - the day of our attempt (which was first thing before we woke up) I remember sitting in the garden (it was sunny for once!) with my hand on my tummy picturing the sperm and the egg meeting in my tummy and making the beginnings of a baby.

I have been doing that alot these days, and I feel weird, but yet i feel it helps me with the process.

I do this as part of my meditations. I visualise the WHOLE process.....conception, implantation, BFP, being pg, finding out its a girl and being a mum to a girl.....its actually quite calming and reassuring and certainly can't hurt!

I think that is wonderful. We aren't currently TTC, but I have already started to visualize and truly "believe" that I will get that girl someday. :)

Great idea, I might add that to my sway aswell. It's so easy to forget thigs that you planned on doing, with all the info racing round your mind!! My head spins sometimes, it's all I think about !!

I did this with my successful blue sway! I pictured little blue swimmers heading up to my egg, riding on a wave of blue. I also pictured a nice blue-glowing egg making its way down to implant and grow. It seems a little silly but I really think it helped.

I really want to do this too. I even thought I'd buy a special item of clothing to help the dream feel more like a reality - I saw something when I was shopping the other day and just looking at it helped me get in the right mindset and reduce the doubt! I think that really focusing on what you want and believing it can happen can help alot. Best of luck :)

happyheart, I think that is fabulous! Although I'm already preggers and cannot change the gender, I always try to visualize a shower of pink hearts (to represent love and a girl) bathing my baby before I go to sleep each night. If he's a boy, I don't think the pink hearts will mess him up any, lol.
