For anyone who swayed twice and was successful
Hi :-) I'm curious to know how many of you swayed twice and got girls twice? Did you stick to the same diet you previously did with your first sway? What do you think the contributing factors were? I found out I'm having my second son and really excited(I did sway)but like to try for two more after to complete our family, obviously these things don't happen in our control but I will give it my very best shot.
I'm thinking for the next sway
Clomid(didn't do last time)
Excercise 5-6 days for an 1 hour
Weight loss
Mostly vegetarian with small amounts of white meat
Caffeine and alcohol(which I didn't do last time)
Liquorice root and SP for hubby(didn't do last time)
Negative ions
I have always had lots of cysts in ovaries but never had high testosterone to reflect PCOS,never diagnosed.

I was told by my RE that BFing an older baby 9+ mo would be fine since prolactin is suckling mediated. I am only BFing 4-6 times a day and that includes one over night feeding.
The reason I was put on it was due to gearing up to ovulate and not until way late (CD23-30). He ran some blood work and my prolactin levels were 2.5X higher than they should be with as much as I was BFing. He didn't want my milk to dry up with Bromocriptine, and he put me on Clomid. Clomid would only lower my prolactin levels about 65%, putting me at a normal range. Too high of prolactin causes FSH and LH, especially to be too low. I think this is still the case for me, since I never got a true positive opk this month. He said if I don't get a BFP, he wants to try 100mg.
FX and GL to you! Congrats on your little man!!
