Any Diet Details?
I ate a lot of empty calories to prevent losing too much weight. I ate a full fat yogurt daily, 2-3 eggs a week, and 1 serving of Salmon a week. I've been vegetarian for many years, but I would always go for high protein and high nutrient foods. This was a major change for me.
