It is a 12 week 4 day scan, not very clear but to me what I have circled looks like a nub, anyone else agree ?

Anyone have any idea if this is a nub that I circled ?

anyone out there experienced enough in nubs to know if what I have circled is a nub ???

Gestation 12 weeks and 3 days, CONFIRMED GIRL today. Thanks for the guesses. Very happy with the result as I already have a boy.
