We r trying for number 7 (5 girls1 boy, dh doesn't have bio son) help

What suppliments? I will o in about 10/11 days and I just started fish oil and prenatal. Eating salty food and planning to have dh drink coffee before dtd and doing doggy style planning on dtd the day before and day of o. Our last attempt I went based off opks and it was a real mess of like 4 days of positive opks and ended up oing day five and dh didn't wanta dtd again lol however our lil girl is perfect. No we r not just trying for a boy. However this is our absolute last and my son is begging for a brother.
Any tips or tricks would be great since this is short notice. What should I avoid eating/drinking.should he be doing anything or taking anything? Should we use preseed or conceive plus?

I think you guys need to DTD every other day or every two/three days in the meantime.

I would not start anything else now although maybe possibly do some Robi/Muci in the meantime.

I'd only do Preseed if you don't have a good amount of EWCM.

Should he be pulling out tho until I get pos opk? And do I start having him not pull out as soon as I get pos opk?

Its not just salty food you need to be eating, its the high everything (HE) diet you need to be on, for at least 3 months.

And lots of snacking throughout the day too.

I wouldn't have him pull out. That is how many of us got our boys, is sex unprotected every couple days and then several times around O.

If you're a big believer in timing, then you'd want to have him pull out, but as you know things do go wrong and it may be a good idea for you guys to be in with attempts even when you don't think you're about to ovulate.

EWCM is better than Preseed. I think Preseed sways blue no matter what, but EWCM may be even bluer if that makes sense

If he started zinc now would it even matter? Or for me to take d3

Make sure he is not taking that massive dose of zinc they recommend on IG. I would have you guys take prenatal/multivitamin instead with about 100% of nutrients (you can go up to 1000 IU on Vit. D)

No, that is way too much and may be harmful to him. That is meant for short term use with people trying to make colds less severe.

No more than 25 mg a day max for him and 15 max for you
